We Love… Meditation.

According to the internet (official source), humans can have up to 70,000 thoughts per day.  If you’re like us, you might not be great at clearing your head or generally relaxing. There are many health benefits to meditation, including stress reduction, controlled anxiety, enhanced self-awareness, and increased attention span.  But how do you... actually meditate?

Here’s where we start:

-Find somewhere quiet to practice; put on relaxing music if you’re in the mood.

-Get comfortable, sit comfortably on a meditation pillow or lay down.

-Close your eyes.

-Breathe, naturally in and out.

-Try to become present in your current surroundings.

-Feel your body and that way it reacts to your breath.

-There’s a reason this is called a practice: it’s an art, not a science.
