Leading with Intuition: June 24 & 26 Events!
We're so excited to share our next event with you! This event will be about how we can build upon our existing intuition and use it to live a life in alignment. It will be a fun night where you'll learn intuition techniques and gain a deeper understanding of yourself. Noah William Berman from NYC will lead the session. He's been interviewed by Deepak Chopra and Guru Jagat about intuition so we're jazzed he's hosting an event with us in D.C.!

New Moon in Gemini
New moons are a wonderful time to set intentions and start manifesting! It's a time of new beginnings. With the Gemini New Moon today, we are meant to focus on communication. Internal and external communication. Open your mind to new perspectives and ways of thinking of things. Practice more listening. Don't forget to journal your new moon intentions!
Woo Woo Expert Interviews: Yael Flusberg
When we met with Yael, she immediately lets you feel at ease. We loved chatting with her about yoga and the new healing modalities she's recently been exploring. She is a yoga therapist, Reiki Master Teacher, and board-certified Polarity Therapist. Read more about Yael here
Wellness & Self-Care
The Glow Club opened a few months ago and is one of our newest favorite places. There are various types of meditations for you to choose from and they cater to those who are curious about meditation but haven't had a chance to explore it. Aside from the beautiful lounge space adjacent to the meditation room, we love the handpicked collection of crystals by Caitlin, the owner of the studio. She went to the Tuscon Gem and Mineral Show to select the awesome crystals! We picked up a citrine point last time we were there.
What We're Thinking About
Our friends at Well + Read shared this article with us about how more people are choosing to not drink alcohol. We've been thinking about our own relationships with alcohol and also how pervasive it is in our culture. Especially in the dating world, your first date is usually over drinks. If we don't drink and drive, should we drink and date? The key is to listen closely to our bodies. Are we drinking because we want to or because we feel pressured to in the situation? Let us know your thoughts.
Books to Expand the Mind
Becoming Supernatural by Dr. Joe Dispenza

"Becoming Supernatural marries some of the most profound scientific information with ancient wisdom to show how people like you and me can experience a more mystical life. Readers will learn that we are, quite literally supernatural by nature if given the proper knowledge and instruction, and when we learn how to apply that information through various meditations, we should experience a greater expression of our creative abilities; that we have the capacity to tune in to frequencies beyond our material world and receive more orderly coherent streams of consciousness and energy; that we can intentionally change our brain chemistry to initiate profoundly mystical transcendental experiences; and how, if we do this enough times, we can develop the skill of creating a more efficient, balanced, healthy body, a more unlimited mind, and greater access to the realms of spiritual truth."
